This was the best performance I have seen from a Vale team in recent years. Everyone worked as a team. We took the chances we were given and scored some fantastic goals.. As I said everyone was fantastic but if I was to pick out my man of the match it would have to be the hatrick man himself Alan Filshie. What is it with Filsh he must love playing against Stonehouse as his other great performance was against them at their ground. We now have a cup final against Wishaw next week and I believe this will be harder game than todays but I believe we can do it. so good luck for next week guys.

Well done yesreday guys, everyone a winner. As Hughie says two more cup finals to go to go up as champions. For those who were unlucky not to be there we could have scored more if it hadn't been for their keeper, especially in the first half. The club would like to see as many supporters attend our last game of the season at home against Stonehouse. The team could clinch promotion on Saturday and it would be nice if as many fans as possible were there to cheer them on.

i was watching the vale of clyde match(18/4/08)and thought that the left back played really really well,i checked the squad and i think that it was alex drain whom i am complimenting. i was also going to say that the penalty decision was an absolute deisgrace,it was very soft. after conceding 2 goals in quick succesion i noticed a few of the players' heads dropped.
Unlucky Vale there is always next year.
